Debski & Associates, P.A.
Back in 2013, I first worked with Michael Debski on a slight update to an existing logo for the firm owned by him and his business partner. He was so pleased with the result, he asked me to redesign it when we split from his business partner.
He wanted his initials — MTD — in a stylized version of his handwriting. Mr. Debski supplied me with several written examples. I pulled them into Illustrator, chose the parts I needed from the different examples, then edited and finessed them to develop an “MTD” that was balanced and sophisticated. The text beneath is a slight variant of the text from the prior logo — something he wanted to maintain. As a finishing touch, Mr. Debski asked to have the letters appear metallic gold, and the end result is seen here.
After completing the new logo, Mr. Debski asked me to design a business card. We kept it clean and simple. I’ve since been handling all of his return orders for business cards as his firm grows in staff.
