Bellwether

Sandwich Board

Bellwether was new to the Downtown Jacksonville dining scene, opening in late Spring of 2017. I assisted with numerous pre-opening projects for Bellwether while at Wingard Creative — one of which was a much-needed sandwich board to attract lunchtime foot-traffic.

I was asked to research, source, and make recommendations for the sign material and the stand. The piece needed to be able to withstand the Florida sun, wind, and rain.

I chose to direct-print the artwork on Coroplast, and suggested a black anodized steel frame with a locking brace and hinged top, allowing easy access for changing out graphics. I also prepared the final files for print production, making edits for color, bleed, and alignment.

Window Vinyl Decal

Bellwether is in a building with two entrances, and they requested window graphics to direct patrons from one entrance to their main entrance. I visited the location, took measurements of the window, and laid out the artwork that would feature their logo and convey that message.
